Brand-new unbranded injector removal kit designed for extracting compatible Bosch and Siemens diesel injectors fitted to PSA 2.0 and 2.2 HDi 16-valve engines.

The tool layout closely corresponds to the Welzh Werkzeug 1116-WW HDi injector remover system. It uses a support plate, threaded pulling spindle and injector adaptors to apply controlled extraction force while supported against the cylinder head.

The matching system is intended to remove seized injectors without first removing the cylinder head.

⚙️ Removal Method

The support plate is positioned over the cylinder head and secured using the appropriate mounting points.

The correct adaptor or open socket is fitted to the injector assembly, after which the threaded spindle is tightened progressively. The support arrangement transfers the pulling force vertically through the injector while helping protect the surrounding cylinder-head area.

This method is intended to provide controlled extraction of injectors that cannot be removed safely by hand.
