PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Free Kamasa hex key set offer
- Promoter. This promotion is operated by Ben Tilley trading as Tilley’s Tools, 46 Moss Lane, Elworth, Sandbach, CW11 3JW, United Kingdom.
- Promotion period. The offer begins on 7 September 2026 and remains available while it is advertised on the Tilley’s Tools website and allocated promotional stock remains available.
- Eligibility. The offer is available to customers placing an order through tilleystools.com for delivery to a United Kingdom address.
- Qualifying order. To qualify, the product subtotal must be £100 or more after any discounts have been applied. Delivery charges do not count towards the qualifying spend.
- The gift. Each qualifying order is eligible for one Kamasa 9-piece hex key set at no extra cost. The gift does not need to be added separately to the basket and may not appear as a checkout line item.
- Limit. A maximum of one gift is available per qualifying order. Orders may not be split, combined or otherwise arranged to obtain additional gifts.
- Availability. A reasonable quantity of gifts has been allocated based on anticipated demand. Tilley’s Tools may end the offer for future orders once that allocation is exhausted, but this will not affect gifts already confirmed with qualifying orders.
- Unexpected shortage. If an unexpected stock shortage means that the advertised gift cannot be supplied with an accepted qualifying order, Tilley’s Tools will contact the customer and offer a reasonable equivalent substitute or the option to cancel the affected order for a full refund before dispatch.
- Substitution. The appearance or packaging of the gift may differ slightly from promotional artwork, but any supplied or replacement gift will be a Kamasa 9-piece hex key set or a reasonable equivalent of comparable function and quality.
- No alternative. The gift is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and has no cash alternative, except where a reasonable substitute is offered because of an unexpected shortage.
- Returns. If products are returned and the retained qualifying product subtotal falls below £100, the gift must also be returned complete and unused. If the gift is not returned, Tilley’s Tools may reduce the refund by the reasonable value of the gift where permitted by law. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
- Faulty or missing gifts. If a qualifying gift is missing, damaged or faulty, please contact Tilley’s Tools promptly so the matter can be investigated and resolved.
- Fair use. Tilley’s Tools may refuse or cancel participation where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation of the offer or a breach of these terms.
- Changes. Tilley’s Tools may amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will be applied fairly and will not remove rights already acquired through an accepted qualifying order.
- Consumer rights. Nothing in these promotional terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
